Under Strange Clouds

Friday was a glorious day, with calm air and seas that invited an ocean outing. While moored by the Hearn Island sand beach, we engaged in a long prayer for the world and its beings. In the interim, the brightly sunlit sky was overlaid by clouds that seemed to augment the luminosity rather than obscure it. It seemed like a good sign. During the break in the prayer for feasting, we sang and drank and rejoiced in the moment. They were strange clouds but not threatening. Rather they seemed like a gift, like a blessing, from the natural world. Which is only natural to want to share with all of you. Ahoy!
