Terence Bay Nocturne 1

It was dark when I went out. I thought, well, it's later than I thought. I went out anyway. I wondered where to go. Then it came to me that it was not too dark. In my mind I saw a picture I could take. So I went there and there it was, tied to the dock, lit up by the one street lamp, a boat that by day would be a lobster boat and harvest lobsters from the sea. However, by night it is a dream boat that harvests dreams from our sleep.

I took the picture and went quietly away.
