Drowning in a Sea of Love We may think it is a sea of sorrows. But we can learn to take a closer look. How do we do this? We take time for ourselves. What do we do with this time? We observe how our mind works. What do we do with our observations? We don't have to do anything. Illusion and deception can't stand to be observed. Well, what then? The truth becomes apparent. And what is that? Things appear but have no lasting substance. What's so good about that? Nothing can harm you, and you don't need any help. Love is all there is.
