Southern Coast of Iceland

Today I found myself exhausted from days of fire and rain. Getting home through the fires took me through hours of detours. Then the rains, precious as they were, had no sense of when to quit, so I was up after midnight last night bailing Samadhi Moon, whose cockpit drains were clogged. So today I am sleepwalking through my waking hours and have taken refuge in processing one of the photos from last year’s Iceland trip, because that is a restful occupation for me. This photo I find particularly restful because of its vast view. With a vast view, difficulties can be seen in their proper perspective, as actually very small, so small even as to offer no resistance to the innate peace of our Buddha nature. May all find rest. May all find peace. May all enjoy a vast view. SARVA MANGALAM
