Freezing to Get Warm

My neighbour Scott after a New Year plunge into the frigid water of Prospect Harbour. He's happy to have done it. Folks are happy to greet him after he's done it. Another half dozen or so jumped with him. A coil of line was ready to pull anybody out who didn't respond.
