Big Engine Exhaust

This smokestack over Victoria General on South Street in Halifax belches out beautiful clouds of exhaust on a cold day. I did a search but couldn't determine the composition of the smoke. I know it comes from a hospital generator and emitted flames once last year when the generator malfunctioned and water became mixed with the fuel going to the engine.
