Nova Scotia Angles

When I first came to Nova Scotia 23 years ago, I saw paintings of the province in which the sheds and stages and houses of fishing families were perched at all different angles on the rocky landscape. I felt it was quite whimsical and perhaps even a little overdone. But now I know the painters brought out this quality because in reality the structures really do seem to be dancing. This house and doghouse are a good example.
