Granite Fur

I don't know the botanical name of this brush, but you find it on the granite isles around here where the topsoil is only inches thick. To get around there you often have to wade through this stuff, which can range from waist high to over your head, and it's stiff and can be as bad as a wall. However, it's simply lovely to look at, especially when paired with something that has a more defined appearance, like this rock.
