Where Shelter is Thin
I like to go where the shelter is thin. Such as here in a nook in the harbour islands where the waves break and cascade yet their force can be witnessed in safety. Still the roar and the impact are felt. How safe would one be here in a storm?
What would the shelter of our safe little part of the world be against the storm waves of warring major nations?
Our only real shelter is in our own minds, in realizing the indestructible inseparability of appearance and emptiness, out of which love is born and will ever continue.
