Precious Woodstove
Electric heat, gas heat, no other kind of heat keeps you company the way heat from a woodstove does. Especially if it has a glass door. Then there is always a visible heart of warmth in the house, dancing flames to keep you company, something to get you up off your ass and away from your computer and send you off to the crib for more wood. You may be no good at relationships and unable to tend even to pets or plants, but a woodstove in the winter you can tend to, because it tends to you.
