Big Sea Running
Sometimes a big sea is running outside and we stay off it. Sometimes a big sea is running inside ourselves. The way to let it run its course is simply to let it, but without acting out. To be still like the greater ocean till the waves subside. Physically we may want to do something - out of anger, impatience, pain - but these are feelings we can accommodate once we realize they are just feelings and have no substantial power over us. In the meantime, what a spectacle!
