Keep Your Cap On

Some days it's so windy it seems like the whole cap is going to get blown off the ocean and sent spinning into outer space. But it doesn't. The ocean comes back to itself always. And so can we when the winds of circumstance threaten. Because our minds are really like the ocean. If you don't believe that, try a little meditation.
