Tapestry

When you reflect on mind as being limitless, you might as well be on the ocean where limits seem to vanish. And so it was today. First, in the chill early morning, over to a mooring by Hearn Island for a still interval and meditation practice, then out to open sea for a leisurely promenade. Counting the distant dots carefully, I made out four other boats "keeping me company". Likely lobstermen making their rounds. One might say that being on my boat alone, I was in a sort of solitary confinement. But meanings like that fall away in the expanse. Instead it was like being part and parcel of a tapestry endlessly weaving itself. So I am bringing you that. Can you feel it?
