New Way of Walking
When the world turns upside down
we will be forced to walk in the sky. Some are already practicing.
You can hear the change from their pockets
as it rolls down the rocks to the sea. There the sea lions will gather it
for their collections of human memorabilia.
When extinction comes to that arrogant species
the collections will skyrocket in value and then be completely forgotten.
