A Chair and Some Light Through a Window

Returning again and again to the simplest of pleasures

what light through yonder window breaks

is like coming back to the breath

just here just now just this

a meditation with no struggle

a life beyond being lost or found

a little wood grain

a little shadow and

what light what light!
