Meditating Through It All
Through the dark night of the soul, through the freezing storm of hope and fear, always meditating. Never to give in to sloth, lies, negative emotions or violence, always to penetrate to peace, truth and the true nature, within and without, whatever the circumstances. And when the first rays of the sun fall on that, the world can rejoice. All the buddhas gone before and all the gods and goddesses will also jump for joy.
