Racing the Elements Home I was out among the nearby islands when I saw fog creeping in from offshore. Deciding I didn't want to fool with it, I turned around and headed for home. I came out of the lee of Hearn Island to discover that not only the fog but a cloud system threatening rain had reached the village before me. After that it was sort of a race. I would make a dash to get nearer, and then stop to take a picture of a sea and sky that was becoming increasingly photogenic. Everything worked out well. I was tying up at the dock when the shower commenced. In fact it was fun to get a little adrenalin going. Thank you, Ma Nature.
