Staying Afloat

It is a winter of much discontent. I like to stay out on the water no matter the season, though, so although my usual boat is in bits and pieces, undergoing maintenance in the house and the boathouse, and my new boat still lacks a mast and rigging, my good neighbour Arne lent me his inflatable. I am not out today because the ocean is closed for a storm, but I have been out several times in the vessel. It won't go very fast with my electric motor, but it's very safe. And I love being out where nothing much is happening but lots and lots of space. It is very calming. And there are no lines.
