Of Work and Play

They live in Peggy's Cove and go down to their boats and off out to the sea as fishing folk and that is how they work.

They visit Peggy's Cove and walk around on the cliffs and photograph the boats and lighthouse and buy souvenirs and eat supposedly like locals in the restaurant and relax in the chairs that are there for them as tourists and that is how they play.

This is the mix in the Maritimes, and red paint joins it, the passion to work and the passion to play. At least that's the story I'm spinning from a picture I took on that day, because it takes two to tango, and that is how our seaside dance has come to be.
