Jackpot

Prowling around the edges of the harbour yesterday in my inflatable, I was rewarded by the sight of this lobster boat working inshore along the breakers. First I saw the antenna tips over the rocks of Saul Island, finally the boat itself heading west. Like the boy who stuck in his thumb and pulled out a plum, I thought, “What a good boy am I.” I love to see these Cape Islanders working the big water.
