The Moonlight That Led to a Chair
Once deciphered, the map clearly indicated moonlight as the landmark and the path, all at once, and that the treasure was there at the end of the path. There would be a chair there at the end. To discover the treasure, one would sit in the chair. Then the treasure would appear. And the treasure, well, that would be the landmark and the path one had followed.
