Blueberries w sig DSC_1989
Blueberries by the Bay of Fundy
These are in Don Chambers' garden. They are sweet as any wild blueberries I ever ate. Don walked us through the whole garden. He showed us the ripe and the unripe. Don and his wife Lorraine tie brightly colored metallic streamers to the fence to keep the birds away. It makes quite a sight as you walk toward the place, as if you're coming to a sort of natural food carnival.
