Rock in the Water Sometimes things are very simple. You feel like a rock in the water. That's okay. You don't want to get out of bed. All the thoughts, all the news, all the appearances are like little waves around you, sparkly alluring little waves that nevertheless you have nothing to do with. They are very elaborate, and you are very simple. You don't want to move. You aren't going to move. It's okay. Then you move and become involved again. Like water. And that's okay too. That's supremely okay. Because though none of it is real, you care. You have a part to play. You need to say, "Sometimes things are very simple. You feel like a rock in the water."
