Spacious

Sometimes we feel overcrowded. Our minds ache with so much thinking. We want to get away from it all, but since it's all in our mind, there's nowhere to go. But really thoughts are insubstantial. They lack any real power to do us harm. When we realize that, at the same time we begin to realize that our minds are a great expanse, like the ocean, with plenty of room to accommodate everything and everybody, and therefore we can relax right where we are. Who would not want to realize that?
