Removing the Heart Some geniuses figured out how to paint a heart on the tier of concrete seats overlooking Lake Banook. I admired their ingenuity, and I rather liked a big heart in the middle of the urban environment. But it may have disappeared. City workers were busy on the steps with a pressure washer. Perhaps they were just cleaning the steps. The verdict isn't in yet. But even if it was a removal, there was beauty in it.
