Good Morning in the Good Morning

One of my teachers, Chogyam Trungpa, wrote a poem with this name, and it has become a favorite expression of mine. Mornings are good, and we can wish the joy of them to everyone we greet. When you see the early sun illuminate the greenery in a vase in a dark room, for instance, it feels good - good beyond any philosophy or religion. You don't have to thank God or Goodness or anything at all. You can soak in the feeling just like the greenery soaks in the light. And you can pass it on. So, to all of you who see this here, good morning in the good morning, and if you feel it too, may you too pass the feeling on. E MA HO
