Where the Tall Grass Grows

Where the tall grass grows
You might start to feel welcome
But maybe there’s nobody home

Maybe you look through the window
And the furniture is missing
Even the floor is just dirt between joists

Maybe the last rays of sun were deceptive

Maybe you thought it was love
