Fence Shadow on Snow for web DSC_9384
Christmas Ornament
We believe things are what we say they are. We slap a whole lot of stuff together and call it a car and believe it's a car. You will get a lot of strenuous objections if you try to point out otherwise. So, what you see here is not an old fence snow-encrusted and beyond keeping anything out or in, capable only of casting a more or less complete shadow. It is an ornament on the self-existing Christmas tree of joy. Because I say it is. And because you could too. And why not? We're happy if we think we are. Beyond thinking, we're supremely happy. So think about it and be happy or don't think about it and be happy. Is there a better win-win? Merry Christmas! Joy of the Season! Cheerful Yuletide! The gateway to another year beckons. Let's meet it with esprit de corps! (I'm pretty sure there must have been a gate on this poor old fence somewhere. Excuse me, I mean this perfect Christmas ornament.)
