With an ongoing, dedicated meditation practice based only on witnessing the workings of one's own mind, a web is gradually spun that catches even the smallest insect-like thoughts. Even on rainy days, even when the world seems too much, or not enough, there you are, in any moment, in the fortress called Deception Free, undeterred.
