Never Stop
The momentum of everyday life is tremendous. So even though it would take only five minutes a day to establish a beneficial meditation practice, it can seem as difficult as ocean cruising in mid-winter. But you can do it. It can be done and has been done over thousands of years and is being done today. This lets us change our attitude and see a broken heart as one that lets the light in. So do the world a favor beginning with yourself. Look at your own mind and never stop. Be open, spacious and relaxed and never hemmed in and uptight. You can do it. We can do it. Seize the day. <3
